Mission Statement
At Seven Oaks Elementary School, each student is a unique individual
who deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Our child-centered
approach encourages positive self-esteem, respect for others,
and the motivation to achieve the highest academic expectations.
The Seven Oaks staff and community work cooperatively in creating
an integrated learning experience for all students. We encourage
an active educational environment to enable our students to become
self-directed learners, collaborative workers, critical thinkers,
creative problem solvers,
and environmentally conscious citizens. Our students are being
prepared
to be life-long learners who are contributing, cooperative members
of a
rapidly changing technological society.
We strive to improve the academic achievement of our students
through
their active involvement in their own learning and the collective
efforts of
our professional staff, parents, and community members.
